How does LifeSG help me to manage my child’s health?

You can view your child’s immunisation records and medical appointments with the LifeSG app.

Simply follow these steps:

  1. Go to Services via the bottom navigation.
  2. Select Healthcare.
  3. Select Check child’s medical appointments or View child’s immunisation records.

Can I use the LifeSG app to change my child’s immunisation appointment?

No, you can only view your child’s immunisation records on the LifeSG app.

To change your appointment, please contact the polyclinic or hospital directly.

My child was vaccinated in a private clinic. Will I be able to see their immunisation records on the app?

Yes, as long as the doctors have updated the National Immunisation Registry (NIR) about the immunisations given.

My child was born overseas. Why can’t I view their immunisation records on the LifeSG app?

The LifeSG app currently only shows information on children born and registered in Singapore, based on Myinfo records.

My child’s medical appointments are not updated. What should I do?
