With the new preschool search, you will no longer need to take an extra step to register your interest with ECDA and wait for the preschool to contact you. This also provides more certainty, as you can directly make enquiries and register with the preschool.

Centres will continue to manage interests which were submitted on or before 31 Mar 2024, until 6 months from the last submission or re-confirmation date.

Nevertheless, if you require a preschool within the next 6 months, we encourage you to use the new preschool search to find centres with available vacancies and secure enrolment.

The centres should acknowledge your enquiry within 3 to 5 working days and advise you on enrolment matters, should a vacancy be available. Please follow-up with the centre directly if you do not hear from them within 2 weeks.

As different centres have their own enrolment policies, please check with your current centre if they are able to provide you any priority.

Centres are required to update their vacancy data every month. However, as vacancy information is dynamic due to ongoing enrolment, we encourage parents to check with the centre directly. Centres would also have the latest details on vacancy information and can provide instructions on next steps required.
