I can't find the services I need under "Explore Services", how can I make a suggestion?

Our current objective is to increase the number of services that is offered through the app. We will continue to drive adoption and evolve LifeSG based on users’ needs and feedback to make it the go-to platform for citizens whenever they need to transact with the Government.

How do I customise my profile or change the recommended content I receive on the app?

Content recommendations are made based on your profile and selected interests. You may customise your interest(s) by following the steps below:

  1. Tap to "Menu"
  2. Select “Edit Profile and Settings” under your display name
  3. Under “Preference”, select "Choose your interests”.

How do I receive notifications and reminders from the app?

You may do so by turning on your push notification settings with the following steps.

  1. Tap to "Menu"
  2. Select “Edit Profile and Settings” under your display name
  3. Under “Preference”, select "Settings”
  4. Select "Notification" to turn on.
