Introduction
This service lets you download a digital death or stillbirth certificate. If it’s been more than 30 days from the date of death or stillbirth, apply for a death extract instead.
Who can use this
Anyone can use this service.
Singapore citizen, permanent resident, or FIN holder : Log in with Singpass
Non-Singpass holder : Proceed without Singpass
What you need to do
Gather details required
To download a death certificate
Deceased’s NRIC, FIN, or passport number
Date of death
To download a stillbirth certificate
Mother’s NRIC, FIN, or passport number
Date of stillbirth
Download your certificate
Log in with Singpass or without to download your digital death or stillbirth certificate.
