About this service

This Ministry of Law virtual appointment service is a pilot programme to offer residents:

  • a convenient way to access help from the Ministry of Law
  • a safe and conducive environment to discuss confidential matters

While it’s currently only available at ServiceSG at Nee Soon Central CC, it may be progressively introduced to other community centres in the future.

  • call 1800 225 5529 (Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm)
  • visit the Ministry of Law Services Centre at 45 Maxwell Road, #07-11, The URA Centre (East Wing), Singapore 069118 from Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm (Last queue ticket will be issued at 4:30pm).
