This Ministry of Law virtual appointment service is a pilot programme to offer residents:
    a convenient way to access help from the Ministry of Lawa safe and conducive environment to discuss confidential matters
While it’s currently only available at ServiceSG at Nee Soon Central CC, it may be progressively introduced to other community centres in the future.
